This Privacy Policy describes how Recover ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service at recoverleads.org. By using Recover, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Lead data (names, phone numbers, and inquiry information submitted through your intake forms) is collected on your behalf and processed solely to deliver the Recover service. We do not sell, share, or use Lead data for any purpose other than operating the platform for your account. You are the data controller for your Leads' information and are responsible for ensuring your collection and use complies with applicable law.

4. SMS Communications

Recover sends SMS messages on behalf of our Customers to their Leads. These messages are sent only to individuals who have submitted a genuine inquiry through a Customer's intake form. All messages include opt-out instructions. We honor all opt-out requests immediately and permanently.

We do not use Lead phone numbers for any purpose other than delivering the automated follow-up sequence on behalf of the Customer whose form they submitted.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained for 12 months after the last activity on a lead, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@recoverleads.org.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You also have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Recover uses minimal cookies necessary to operate the service, including session authentication cookies for the customer dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
