What happens if a lead doesn't reply?

What if it doesn't work for us?

We offer a 30-day guarantee. If Recover does not text a lead back within 60 seconds of a verified form submission, we will refund your first month.

How the 60-second guarantee works:

If Recover fails to send an SMS within 60 seconds of a verified lead form submission, you are eligible for a full refund of your first month's subscription.
To claim: email hello@recoverleads.org with the lead's name, phone number, and the exact time they submitted the form.

The guarantee does not apply if:

The Recover embed code was not correctly installed on your website
The lead submitted an invalid or landline phone number
The lead had previously opted out of SMS (replied STOP)
The delay was caused by a Twilio outage, carrier disruption, or other third-party service interruption outside Recover's control
The form submission occurred during your first 24 hours after setup (allow time for full configuration)

Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the missed message. One refund per customer.
